Since its inception in 2012 headed by its late founder Donald Bookout, The Crossroads Brass Band has a proud tradition of performing free concerts for the community while simultaneously remaining competitive among other American brass bands in the region. They have performed at numerous events which include but are not limited to The Gettysburg Brass Band Festival, NABBA National Championships, The Great American Brass Band Festival and the Dublin Festival of Brass. Most recently, the band received the honor of performing in front of numerous music educators at the Indiana Music Educators Association annual conference.
